1. Q: Where is your Factory?

   A: We have factories both in HUNAN and Guangdong Province.

2.Q: When is your delivery time?

   A: In general, the goods will be delivered to your as long as we receive your full T/T Payment in the Bank. Other situations depend on the specific order.

3. Q: What are your acceptable Payment Terms?

 A:  We prefer T/T (HSBC or RMB Bank Account )and accept CASH,  L/C,  Westunion.  Other payments can be negotiable.

4. Q: What is your MOQ of Printer?

A: We can accept small order.

5. Q: Do you have OEM Service?

A: Yes,we do. We can provide good OEM Service to you and make your goods unique.

6. Q: How is the Shipping?

   A: By DHL/ FEDEX/ UPS/ TNT/ AIR/ SEA ,etc.any way according to your convenience.

7. Q: What is the Warranty and Services?

  A: Provide ODM or OEM services, if purchased from GSAN, conforms to the manufacturer’s  specifications  and  will  be  free  from  defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 2 years (24 months) from the date of original purchase. 

 1) During the warranty period, should your GSAN product prove to be defective, free to call or email us for warranty repair instructions.

 2) We have service technician provide telephone or email diagnostic service to you. Customer's satisfactory is our permanent principle.

 3) Regarding to the defective product, we will exchange the spare parts without charge for parts or labor. And the broken product or spare parts don’t need to be sent back to us, we will send new ones with your next order
