Preform mould features:

1. Mould plates are P20 steel with pre-hardening process.Core,cavity and neck screw are made of S136 high strength anti-corrosive stainless steel, which is better than 48HRC

2. Mould plate is completed by one-time processing to ensure the concentricity of molding hole and guide bush,guaranteeing the compact structure of the mould .

3. Opening/closing pulling plate(material S136)adopts bearing slide type to drop the perform with realiable structure.And it is a highly integrated process of slider.pushing plate and ejection, All sliding parts surface inlaid self-lubricating copper alloys to ensure low friction coefficient and strong wear-resistant.

4 .The main components are consistent with various well-known foreign brands,high positioning accuracy and convenient disassembly.

5. Reasonable and quick spiral cycle waterway can get rapid cooling effect to shorten cycle time.

6. Aopting double cone positioning principle guarantees high manufacturing precision to ensure the product does not appear flash,different sizes,irregular and other defects.

 Hot runner features:

1). Hot runner adopts a balanced three-point multilayer filler structure to ensure that each cavity injection stroke is consistent.

2). Special shape is designed to minimize the heat expansion coefficient, to ensure Positional accuracy of the injection points.

3). Hot runner use embedded square heating pipe which is arranged around the channel shape with good heat transfer performance to keep the temperature of each injection point same.
4). Main parts adopt international famous brand.
5). Each nozzle is individually controlled by voltage. Lower the possibility of AA level.

lProject manager inspects mould 2D drawing and sign for approval of all dimensions and tooling workmanship, quality department check the drawing and confirm with stamp.

lSteel material tooling and heat treatment according to the listed step on the 2D artwork detail drawing, quality department follow with inspection report.

lFinished mould components, core and cavity, slide parts dimension control, tolence inspection and material HRC hardness checking by quality department according to 2D detail drawing.

lMould assembling and quality inspection according to 2D mould assembling detail drawing.

lMould test and product dimension controlling according to 2D product drawing. Quality department make out the mould test report, product quality report, mould quality improvement report or mould quality certification.
