Wooden Tooth pick Making Machine Production Line

Remark:

1, Above eight machine is the whole wood toothpick line, to produce toothpick with diameter of 2.2mm and  length of 65mm, single head sharp and the other side is engraved design, the capacity is 600000 pcs per shift(8 hours per shift). 

2, Need workers of 3-5 person to operate. 

3, The motor of machines are with 380V, 50HZ, Three-phase. 

Any other requirement, pls confirm in advance. 

4, If you want to produce toothpick with double sharp head, it will need to change No.7 Toothpick 

Sharpener Machine is ok. The line also is including eight sets of machines, capacity to be 800000 

pcs per shift(8 hours per shift). 

If to add one set of No.7 Toothpick Sharpener Machine, the capacity will be 1600000 pcs per shift. 

5, General, one cube of wood to produce toothpick with size of 2.2*65mm can produce capacity 

of 1200000pcs of toothpic. The total weight is about 150-200kg.
