TH-200 series are free radical cured vinyl ester resins, which are introduction of foreign technology and put into new applications in heavy corrosion resistance area by Zhejiang Tianhe resin Co., LTD. TH-230 is a high Viscosity, nonpre-accelerate, methyl methacrylate modification, high-temperature type phenolic epoxy vinyl ester resin. Compared to TH-210 and TH-220, TH-230 can keep high strength and widely corrosion resistance, Especially under the low molecular organic solvents, sulfur, oxidizing substances or strong acid environment. It applies to a variety of glass fiber reinforced plastic molding process, widely used in equipment corrosion resistance of acid, alkali, salt, organic solvent and many other chemicals, it is a kind of ideal FRP heavy corrosion resistance resin.
Features:
Good high-temperature resistant to acid, alkali, salt, organic solvents and acidic oxidation medium corrosion, more than DERAKANE 470HT-400 level of temperature corrosion;
Hundred percent phenolic skeleton, a higher heat resistance (HDT of neat resin castings above 160 °C), long-term corrosion resistance, and good glass infiltration and operational;
Excellent high temperature strength, modulus and toughness retention.
Application:
Corrosion-resistant fiberglass and the overall glass lined steel tanks, pipelines, towers, ducts and FRP chemical equipment products;
Hot wet chlorine environments, acids, alkalis, oxidizing acid medium, an organic solvent environment;
Suitable for hand lay-up, winding, pultrusion, RTM and other fiberglass molding process.

Storage and transportation:
