1.Q: How long does it take to your factory?   

 Our company is located in Kaiping City ,Guangdong Province , which will take about 2  hours by bus from Guangzhou city to our company .All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!Please feel free to contact our sales before coming   to visit  our company ,then we would like to arrange the driver to pick you up from the hotel or the air port . 

2. Q: Did you have claims and how did you deal with them?

• If for our design, production, package problem, Sontiy  takes full responsibility for it.
• We will send the report back to you after we get the product problems form our clients, and then we also offer some solutions to solve the problems out.

 3.Q: How to ensure product quality ? 

• Firstly, all the product will be 100% inspected before shipment.

     Including full set testing equipment:  Lifespan Testing, High Pressure Testing, Water Flow Testing, Aging Testing.

4. Q:Can I get the  free samples to check the quality at first before placing the official  order ?

Of course you can get the samples at first .And regarding to the sample and delivery charge. We will refund it to you in the official order.

5.Q:Can I laser our own logo in the product and pack them in the colour box with our design?       

 Our factory can laser print customer’s logo on the product with the permission from customers. And the package also can be done according to the customers’ requirement.

6Q: Are you manufacture or trader Company?      

Yes, Sontiy is a faucet maker, which is located in Shuikou Town ,Kaiping  City ,Guangdong province .

7Q: What about warranty?                                                                      

We guarantee for 5 years of our quality.

8Q: How about your payment terms?

Our payment term is T/T, 30% deposit and the 70% balance to be paid before ship out from Sontiy factory. L/C is acceptable. Other payment term could be discussed.
