1.Small amount of process water, rapid cycling, to quickly reach a predetermined sterilization temperature.
2.Reduce steam consumption, steam and atomizing sterilizing water make thermal mixing in sterilizing kettle directly, which increases speed of the temperature rise and drop.
3.Water spray from different direction, steam, air and water mixed convection, reach a perfect temperature distribution.
4.Low noise to create a quiet and comfortable operating environment.
5.The kettle is equipped with four removable temperature sensing probe, which can monitor the F value of the food center, the kettle heat distribution and heat penetration.
6.Perfect pressure control, throughout the production process pressure is constantly adjusted to accommodate the pressure changes inside the product packaging, particularly suitable gas packaging products.
7.Process water preheating system(option) can ensure the warm or hot fill product continuous heating process.
8.Sterilizing water using softened water (optional) to avoid water quality problems make packaging products with dirt.
