Drive-through rack is designed for storing a large number of similar goods (pallets). Pallets are placed on the supporting rails, which makes possible the high-density storage. The rack system is the most ideal for expensive storage space like cold storage warehouses
The design principle of the drive-in drive-through racking is to joint rows of traditional racks, without special access or aisle. It is allocated by tow rows of racks installed back to back or a single group of racks against the wall, and the forklifts use the same aisle to access. this system racking is stored from inward to outward, and goods to be delivered are withdrawn from outward to inward in sequence. The drive-in rack is suitable for raw materials warehouses or transit warehouses for periodical batch operations and high storage frequency

Structures of drive-in racking:

Mainly parts: upright frame ,top beam,back beam ,one side corbel(STD),double side corbel(STD), back bar ,top bar,corridor connecting rod,welding spats,and safety locker ,screws.

Drive-in racking is also called corridor-type racking, composite structure, specialized high-intensity drive-in brackets, high-strength drive-in beam, frames are connected to top beams by bolts&nuts. The depth of the single side drive-in racking which is against the wall should not be more than 6 pallet locations, and that of double side drive-in should be less than 12 pallet positions so as to ensure the loading efficiency of forklifts and stability of racking. Its best to make drive-in lower than H11000mm because of its not so good stability which is the weakest compared with other racking system. The drive-in racking should be equipped with back, top cross beams, etc. to stabilize the racks. This type of racking is densely arrayed, making full use of storage space; both first in first out and first in late out are available, suitable for storing few types of goods with large quantity. Widely used in milk, drink industry, and also be welcome by cold storage.
