Working Terms

Our working terms:

* Samples:

15 days upon receipt of payment for samples & confirm all the details for the samples.

* Sample fees:

1) Canvas/Nylon/ Cotton/PU material: 50 USD/pc. (Based on our samples)

2) Leather material: 150 USD/pc. (Based on our samples)

Note: If you need us to make the samples according to your design,the sample fee will increase accordingly. Any balance shall be refund upon placement of order (only if the order meets our MOQ).

* Confirmation of sample:

Approval sample will be delivered in 15 days after receipt of deposit,at the same time,we will provide color swatches for other colors in the order.

* MOQ:

Handbags: 300pcs per design,with at least 200pcs per color (according to our samples).

Wallets,belts,accessories: 500pcs per design (according to our samples).

If you need us to make the samples according to your design,the MOQ is much higher.

* Method of payment:

T/T: 30% deposit upon confirmation,70% balance to be paid before delivery.

* Price term: (Valid term is 2 months)

FOB Xiamen. (If order quantity is less than 3000pcs,extra FOB fees need to be charged).

* Packing of goods:

Packing: one dust bag + one poly bag inside; cartons outside.
Carton size: 60*45*45CM ( According to the size of bags).
QTY.: 25pcs/ carton(According to the size of bags).
Our price is based on normal plastic bag,package paper and moisture-proof bag. Any special request, such as attachment of hang tags and metal plate,will require additional charges and notification beforehand.

* Delivery date:

15-60 days upon confirmation of samples and product specification.The confirmed delivery date is depended on the exact ordering quantity.

Sample Time

15 days upon receipt of payment for samples and shipping & confirm all details for the samples.

Sample Fees

1) Textile/PU material: 50-100USD/pc(Based on our samples);

2) Leather material: 150USD/pc(Based on our samples);

3) If you need us to make samples according to your design,the sample fee will increase accordingly. Any balance shall be refund when bulk order is confirmed(only if the order meets our MOQ).

Confirmation of Samples

Approval sample will be delivered in 10 days,fabric color swatches can be sent with sample for your reference.

MOQ(Mininum Order Quantity)

1) PU/leather bag: 300pcs/deisgn,with at least 200pcs/color(according to our samples);

2) Wallets/belts/accessories: 500pcs/design/color(according to our samples);

3) Textile bag:500pcs/design/color (according to our samples);

4) If you need us to make the samples according to your design,the MOQ is 1000pcs/design/color.

Production Time

20-60 days upon receipt of deposit.

Payment Methods

T/T&Western union: 30% deposit upon confirmation of order,70% balance before delivery.

Paypal:Full payment upon confirmation of order,for payment under 3000usd only.

Packing

1) General packing:

For PU/leather bags,one dust bag + one poly bag inside,carton outside.
For textile bags,one poly bag inside,carton outside.
Our price is based on general packing.

2) Any special requests, such as hang tags,metal plate,paper box etc.will require additional charges and notification before production.

Shipping

Express&Air shipping 3-10 days,suitable for small orders.

Ocean shipping 10-50 days.
