1.Mechanial Retention  An integral steel mesh,stud welded to the backing plate through and around which  the friction material flows.

When the friction material is cured the mechanical shear strength is greatly  enhanced.

2.Adhesive Retention

The backing plate (and the steel mesh) is coated with thermosetting phenolic  adhesive.

 This delivers the standard industry strong resistant to thermal stress.

3.Formulated Retention

The best compound for brake performance may not be the best for bonding.

In order to ensure a perfect bond we insert an “interlayer” of material.

Pecifically formulated for bonding between the backing plate and he main friction block.during molding and curing this interlayer flows andfuses organically into the main friction block,adhering perfectly to the backing plate and steel mesh.The resulting final bond is fully secure.

Don’t worry, we will provide OEM number for your to refer, what’s more, we will provide sample pictures for you to recheck!

4.What’s your goods quality? Will them be secondhand?

Our products all come from factory directly, they are totally new. We will firmly refuse to sell potential safety hazard products!!!
