Introduction

     It consists of sensor, controller and actuator. The sensor is a mechanic tactile probe which detects vertical and horizontal changing signals of weld joint position and controller convert the signal into vertical and horizontal movement of torch. Thus the torch can be precisely positioned on track. It can be applied in TIG,MAG,MIG,SAW welding process and different weld joints. The system can be easily and quickly installed on universal equipment such as semi-automatic manipulator and fits various longitudinal and circumferential welding equipment. Different tracking model can be chosen for various weld joints
