1. Are you factory?

3. If there are some lights that can not work when i receive the goods?

First of all, before delivering mechandise, all lights we make inspection with 3 times, one in lamp inspection; secondly; our workers will make full inspeciton before shipping; thirdly, our merchandiser will double check quality after packed into cartons  at random, so we will control all bulk without any inferior products.

If really received inferior goods, we will take many ways to remedy, remedy shortage caused by quality, compensation.
