2 Operations: 

1)Step counting mode:Once the power is switched on,the function defaults to the step counting mode,a succession of step walking in 7 seconds will be automatically added in the step counting,otherwise it will be filtered/and erased intellegently.Long pressed(RESET/UP) for 2 seconds,the LCD will display Cir,once more press the (RESET/UP),all sports data of the very day,including the step/distance/calorie/sport time will be cleared.The very day sports record will be automatically filed at 12:00 AM,and reset to zero then.

4)Sport Time Mode:Press shortly thrice (MODE/SET),the pedometer enter the sport time mode,and you can check the sport time spent presently.

5)Sport Record Tracking Mode:Press shortly the MEMO key at the step counting mode,the pedometer enter the sports recourd tracking mode,once again press the MEMO key.You can track the sports record in 7 days,press the RESET/UP key to switch the step-counting-related options:

3 Setting

1)At the step counting mode,long press the MODE/SET key for 2 seconds to enter the setting mode with the following options:

12/24 hour---Hours---Minutes---Metric and British system---Body weight---Step Length---Target steps reminding

2)Press the UP or DOWN to add or minus the value,and longer press for fast adjusting.It will automatically quit the setting mode after 60 seconds no operations.When the power is switched on,the weight defaults to 60kgs(130LB),and the step length defaults to 60CM(24 inches)

4 Attentions

1)This product operates with 1PC 2032 button battery,when the dispaly is not clear,you need to replace the battery.

2)This 3D pedometer can work well in your pocket or bag,but it will not count normally on the irregular moving body or when you are fast running.
