1. Furnaces type: regenerative furnace and recuperative furnace.

2. Melting capacity: 5-110 tons per 24 hours, normal melting rate: 1.1-1.8.

3. Fuel type: natural gas, coke gas, coal gas, heavy oil or diesel and so on.

4. Design temperature: 1250-1590℃.

5. Specification: valid melting area is 4-60m², part enhanced insulation and full thermal insulation.

6. Regenerator: arranged in Siemens or octagonal cylindrical brick checker type, single or double route.

7. Cooling method: direct water quenching or double-roller extrusion before water quenching.

8. Advantages:

(1) More scientific and energy saving, more economical and efficient,

(2) Small covering area, and U-shape flame will lead to high thermal efficiency;

(3) Deep melting tank, high flame space, and large aspect ratio, higher melting storage, pre-combustion chamber set will lead to perfect heating performance;

(4) Offset hole fluid flow mouth and a lift able flow mouth makes it more convenient and flexible to change the formula.

9. PLC automatic control system is adopted to realize the automatic reversal of primary air, secondary air and gas.

10. The most advanced technology of hermetic fixed amount continuous charging and continuous automatic excavating are applied.
