The natural color sand is made from very unique granite and marble ore in Tai Hang Mount area in China. Our products being crushed, grinded, washed, graded, and packed are under many working procedures and very precision machining.

Natural color sand is processed from carefully selected granite or marble. It does not contain any chemical dyes, non-toxic, tasteless, pollution-free, anti-corrosion, acid and alkali resistant, with high intensity, anti-exposure, and it never changes color, etc.

Snow White, Black, Pink, Orange, Light Red, Dark Red, Light Green, Dark Green, Phoenix Green, Green Gem, Emerald Green, Light Yellow, Dark Yellow, Beige, Blue, Light Grey, Dark Grey, etc..

Usage:
1) Sand to extinguish cigarette in ashtray for hotels.

Base Coat:
1. epoxy resin GELR-128(epoxy equivalent 190): 90
reactive diluent BGE(epoxy equivalent 190)or D-1214: 10

2. epoxy resin GESN-901*75(epoxy equivalent 450-500,75% solid content): 100

Relatively speaking, the dilution effect of BGE is better than D-1214,but it is odorant while D-1214 is colorless and tasteless, and at last the water tolerance of paint film is better than BGE. So usually using D-1214 as Surface besmear diluent, BGE as undercoat or bottom besmear diluent are suggested.
Construction Technology:
1.surface treatment: Do Burnish, repair, decontamination and dust removal well according to the state of the ground.
2.epoxy undercoat : Using highly permeable and adhesive undercoat does roller coating once, to enhance the surface adhesion
3. fiberglass laid: Using fiberless cloth lay a whole floor.
4. epoxy mortar.: Put the sand into the two-component epoxy, using the trowel to coat it uniformly for several times.
5. epoxy filler : Put proper putty powder into the two-component epoxy, using the trowel to coat it uniformly for several times.
6. heavy anti-corrosion topcoat: Using the Heavy anti-corrosion topcoat does roller coating twice or three times.
7. time of flooring come into use:Subject to 250C, people can not stand on it within 24 hours,high pressure is not available within 72 hours,. If the temperature is low, spacing interval should be delayed accordingly.

Formula
Pure acrylic lactic acid: 30% Natural color sand: 65% Thickener: 3% Plasticizer: 1% Other Additives: 1%
First put latex, thickener, plasticizer and other additives together, mixing them well. Then put natural color sand in and mix them well. At last pack them.
