Yongli wheat bran pellet mill is ring die pellet mill.

Each unit pellet mill capacity range from 0.5TPH, 1TPH, 2TPH, 3TPH, 4TPH to 5TPH.

Each pellet production line capacity range from 1TPH to over 100TPH.

[Basic Features]

1. Available for raw materials: olive slag and other biomass materials.

2. Siemens motor, Imported SKF/NSK bearing, long service life.

3. Equipped with auto cooling and oil adding system.

4. Equipment with national patent, patent No.: ZL201120430486.

5. Gear reducer with aluminum alloy housing, with compact structure,

attractive appearance and high driving efficiency.

6. Driven by gear, elegant and efficient gearbox grants pellet mill with high driving efficiency.

7. Lubrication system consists of automatic lubrication and manual lubrication.

8. Forced feeder: forced feeding into pelletizing chamber, make pellet mill operate stable

and with high efficiency.

9. It's equipped with safe protection mechanism. When operation overload,

it could be quickly unload and protect the pellet mill effectively.

10. Processing of gear box: CNC processing with high accuracy, low operation noise

and long service time.

11. Ring die material: made of alloy steel or all stainless steel, wear resistance and long life.

12. Cutting mechanism equipped on the gate to control the length of pellet.

13. Pelleting for mixing raw materials, we can provide customized equipment.

14. Power: 185kw or 200 kw
