1-- Do you know why we still insist using 4mm & 6mm or even 8mm light panel, when possible your current supplier is already used 3mm light panel?

Answer: light panel is very important to reach a higher lumen output and brightness even. More thick, more better. It's one of the reason of dark center in 600x600mm led panel light.

 2-- Do you know why some led panel lights is leaking lights from edge or corner, but our's don't?

Answer: We use 0.05mm precise machine and strict quality regulations processing aluminium and light panel, the space is very thin that light cannot come out. Other factories without strict quality regulations cannot reach same effect as us.

3-- Do you know why we use expensive laser light panel, not cheap silk print light panel?

Answer: Laser light panel efficiency is higher than silk print light panel. Most important is according to time passing, silk is volatilizing away bit by bit just as the lacquer on your doors, getting dim and dim, then the brightness will decay very fast. But laser light

panel as always it is. Not decay from material itself. 

4-- why our light panel is better than others?

Answer: We only use 100% real 1st grade Mitsubishi PMMA to make light panel. Lower grade light  panel not 100% raw material or use material from Taiwan or mainland.

We all know the HOT HEAT is the killer of a led lights.So how to lower down

the tempeture of the led is the main concern. CCB use 93% pure aluminium alloy

to transfer HEAT from led to the outside. Some other factories use bad design shell or  which make the heat very high. Do you really believe its lumen decay will be slow and it can reach 50,000 or 80,000hrs.

CCB led panel light is designed by famous brand chip, and the top grade big chip series to reach a high brightness and high color rendering Index, also the high efficiency . All our chip and leds are with LM-79 and LM-80 test report. And the efficiency is up to 125Lm/W and 85Ra (±5) CRI. The other factory only 95Lm/W and color render index only 65Ra. CCB Led panel light is designed by more led quanities. So our led panel lights are with a higher

lumen output than others and more less energy assumption.

4-- From led panel lights driver design

CCB Led panel lights is designed by insulated power, high PFC, high efficiency, famous IC and electronics, fully pass CE and PSE and UL.  The others use cheap electronics and even non-insulated power which may cause risk of shocking human.

5-- From LED PANEL LIGHTS color tempeture range:

CCB led panel lights have a wide selection of color tempeture at 3000K, 4000K, 5500K, 6500K. Other factories only have 3000K and 6500K. And we make every shipment color tempeture exactly same. Not like others exists color difference even in one lamp.

6-- from PCB panels:

CCB Led panel light uses high TC aluminium pcb. The others factories use lower TC pcb or even they use Fiber pcb to make the led panel light. How do you think heat can be transfered away?
