4. Good sealing performance:

With five-layer spiral crimping, the seams are very tight, and the silo is of good sealing performance and can be used as a fumigating silo. It is also suitable for storing building material such as cement. With seal gum embedded into spiral crimping seams, the spiral silo can store fluid material such as waste water.

We can also provide auxiliary equipments with the capacity of 15 ton to 1500 ton per hour like bucket elevator, chain conveyor and belt conveyor in grain and storage industry. Our silo is widely used in grain storage and processing factories, such as grain depot, flour mill, starch plant, oil factory, feed plant, alcohol plant, brewery, seed plant, port, farm and grain process center. It is also available in chemical and building materials industry for storing plastic pellets, cement and coal, which appears to be ideal equipment for storing pellets and powder materials.

The design of silo conforms to Code for Designing the Grain Steel Silos in GB50322-2011 Standard of People’s Republic of China. And the quality meets the requirements of Evaluation Code for the Quality of Steel Silo in NY/T 647—2002 Agricultural Standard of People’s Republic of China. Elaborately made of hotgalvanizedplate, the silo will run up to 30 to 50years. The design and manufacture of its matching equipments also meet the standard of relative industries. Its authorization of ISO9001 quality system makes a further promise in the quality of the silo and its elevation and conveying equipments.
