1. Can I ask for samples?

We can offer your free samples, but you need to pay the delivery expense, please ask our customer service for more detail.

2. What payment do you accpet?

Usually, we use T/T, but others will be used as well. We ask for 30% deposit, 70% is paid before delivery

3. What's your MOQ?

For the samples and product with BIHU logo, there is no MOQ. Without logo, MOQ is 10,000. With other logo or customized, MOQ is 10,000.

4. How long for OEM?

The OEM sample confirmation would be around 10 days, the production period may take around 45-60 days.
