Prodcut Introduction
Etross BD400G/800G cards support up to 4/8 GSM channels and enables users to access the mobile network with their existing asterisk,freeswitch, yate and others.
Our GSM card simulates the FXO module and acting as a FXO channel, so it can be used the same as FXO card. So any X*2 FXO/FXS, Y GSM ports can be combined if X+y=4 or 8 for GSM400G/800G.
It's more than a GSM card. FXO/FXS can be inserted into the slot to be the hybrid FXO/FXS/GSM cards. BD400G/BD800G have 4/8 slots respectively. Each slot can be inserted with GSM or Single/Dual FXO/FXS modules.

GSM Asterisk Card Quick Guide
Step 1: Hardware installation
1. Insert GSM card into PCI or PCI-E Socket, and fix it.
2. Insert SIM card into socket.
3. Start server.
Status of indicator light after power on:
1. Start->red light on->turn on GSM power(5-10 seconds)
2. After starting, red light blinks(200ms light and 200ms dark)-> wait for 10 seconds to finish GSM starting.
Changing SIM card or adjust antenna during the using process, GSM module would search for network and reregister automatically.
Step 2: loading driver
1. Using the driver of tdm2400p : modprobe wctdm24xxp
2. To add or modify these 3 configuration as below in chan_nf
cidsignalling=dtmf
cidstart=polarity
hanguponpolarityswitch=yes
The channel of GSM is analog FXO channel, and the configuration and usage is same as FXO channel.
Step 3: Description of indicator light
Power on , status of GSM is as below:
1. Light dark -- there is no module or GSM is not started.
2. Green light—Module is registered to GSM notwork successfully.
3. Red light—Module is not registered to GSM network.
Different blink indicates different status of GSM module
