TRANSACTION TERMS

Minimum quantity	80,000 pieces/per size, if you can accept the items we normally produced, this can be negotiated.
Packing quantity	225,000 ~ 360,000 pieces in a 40’HQ (when outer packaging is big clear bag) It can be changed when outer packaging is carton
Payment	T/T,30% deposit, balance should be paid upon the copy of Bill of lading; L/C at sight Alibaba trade assurance Old clients with very good credit would enjoy better payment terms
Delivery time	25-30 days after advance payment is received and the confirmation of package design.
Mould fee	Customized design on the material and packaging would cost a mould fee.
Moq of material	When the material is customized, our material supplier have a request on the MOQ of material, if you cant make sure to use all materials at the 1^st, 2^nd or several times orders, we will collect a deposit for materials. However, this is will return deposit to you when material used out.
