Detailed Product Description

 

This machine has washing ,grain filling,juice filling ,capping four functions in one body.

Grain filling is quantitative by new measuring cup; ensure every bottle of drink is uniformity.

The total machine uses advanced photoelectric detection technology to detect each part’s operation status, no bottle no filling, and no bottle no capping, automatic and easy operation. 

Main features of the equipments:

1)Using the wind sent access, with clamp hanging the bottle neck ; which can keep the bottle shape and high-speed.

 

2Washing bottle mouth with special designed washing manipulator,clip in the bottle neck, stable and avoid secondary pollution. 

 

3)Grain filling uses measuring cup to quantify, ensure grain uniformity.

 

4)Capping adopts French advanced technology, cap sorter install in a lower position, send cap in level position.

 

5Host adopts advanced PLC automatic control technology, the key electrical components from famous company such as Japan's Mitsubishi, France Schneider, OMRON.

 

 

Before sales:  the buyer must cooperate with us with patience, and provide us all needed informations, these information is very important, because the final solution based on these informations.

During build:  we will update the manufacturing process and status to buyers, and we will invite buyer come to test the machine when it finished in our factory, if the buyer think it is ok, we will arrange shipping; or we can take the testing video and send to buyer, the purpose is that the buyer?can inspect the machine but without travelling.

After sales: We will send technicians to buys factory for installation, commissioning, and operator training; Our warranty period is 12 months, in this period, we provide free parts for buyer as well as the necessary technical support.Out of warranty period, we offer free technical support, and the cost price of spare parts
