This series of products with high solid content, high fullness, heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, solvent resistance, light resistance, strong adhesion, a durable water white transparent viscous liquid, suitable for indoor decoration and furniture surface coating operation, can also be added to the solvent dye, as coating color repair paint

Technical Parameters:

Solid content: 70%

PU Topcoat: hardener: thinner = 1: 0.8~1:0.8~1

Recommend spraying viscosity: 12 to 15 seconds (Tu 4 cup)

Tack: 20-25 minutes (temperature 25 °C, relative humidity 75%)

Sanding time: 24 hours (temperature 25 °C, relative humidity 75%)

Theoretical consumption of paint:

Mixed liquid 110g-130g / square meters / every time

Precautions:

A. This product is a two - component curing type of paint, the mixture is used in 4 hours.

B. Before use, should full uniform mixing, In strict accordance with the ratio for the deployment. Stand for ten minutes after the deployment to be constructed. Please use our accessory products. and other factory production of the paint mixed use, will produce unpredictable problems, open cover after the paint is not used up, please seal.

C. If the light colored base material is required to be resistant to yellowing, please use the anti yellowing hardener.

D. Finish if to repeat more than twice spraying, as far as possible to lower to be sufficient and dry and fully polished again spray, avoid pinhole and adhesion is not enough phenomenon

E. Construction and dry places should be well ventilated, on the one hand is to protect the health of the operator, on the other hand, provide the conditions for dry coating products
