Bearing Housing SD Series

 

 

 

The offered product is molded as per the set quality standards using the best grade grey cast iron and advanced technology. Suitable for spherical roller bearings of series 231 K with adapter sleeves for shaft dia from 150 mm upto 300 mm, this product is methodically checked by our quality controllers in terms of performance and durability.

 

 

 

Specifications:

 

 

 

Made of Grey Cast Iron Grade FG 200 of IS: 210, which can be made from SG Iron (SDD) and Cast steel Castings (SDT).

 

Suitable for bearings series 230 are designated as SD 30, similarly SD 500 and SD 600 series Plummer Blocks are also appropriate for 22200 CK and 22300 CK series bearings.

 

Supplied with triple seal type labyrinth collars on both ends.

 

Designated by suffix TS or with triples seal type labyrinth collar on one end and End cover on other end for end shaft.

 

All Labyrinth seals are provided with rubber "0" cords and alien grub screws which ensure that the seal rotates with the shaft.

 

SD series Plummer blocks are suitable for floating loose (L) bearings.
