Guard set

The guard set is designed to prevent grain loss and enhances the operator’s safety while operating the combine

Knife guard set

Its curvature makes it work efficiently in combination with tire reel in gathering and feeding corn and reducing header loss. The lower section is reinforced to efficiently handle voluminous corn crops.

Hydraulic cylinder

With 40mm diameter, the hydraulic cylinder enhances durability and maneuverability of the header set. It is capable of lowering and lifting the header within 2.5 seconds.

Threshing Unit

It is specially built for threshing corn crops. Changes are required for the task: threshing cylinders of 14mm, tooth should be adjusted to be 110 mm apart and angle of plate direction should be adjusted to 10 degrees. Prolonged threshing can be achieved by fastening the unit to 4mm-thick steel.

Concave

The 15mm space allows for more efficient removal of unwanted materials and delivers a clean harvest.
