1. Can I get samples?

Yes. We provide you free samples, but the express fee is on your charge. We usually send samples by express, but if you want air or ship, we will do as your requirement.

2. How long are the samples lead time?

For existing production, it takes 1-2 days and they are free. If you want your own designs, it will take 7-10 days, which is up to your designs whether they need new printing screen etc. Anyway, we will do as your requirement as soon as possible.

3. What format of file do you need if I want my own design?

So long as you can provide us photos and detail instructions, we will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation.
