I. Description of tube mill:
Tube mills produce pipe and tube by taking a continuous strip of material and continuously rollforming until the edges of the
strip meet together at a weld station. At this point the welding process melts and fuses the edges of the tube together and the
material exits the weld station as welded tube.
The welded pipe making machine, also called welding pipe making machine or pipe making machine, is used to produce
different types of products, such as round types, square types, and rectangular types. The equipments use roll pass design, so the production line can produce welded steel pipes which has the feature of good quality machining and precision assembling.

Application:
The welded pipe production line is more suitable for producing straight welded pipes with frequency induction welder. Square
or rectangular pipes can be welded by this machine too.
The specific process flow is: Feed steel strip of a certain specification into the machine and then use forming roll to crimp the
steel strip into pipe-blank. Then under skin effect and proximity effect of high frequency electric current, induced electricity is concentrated onto the
bonding surface of the pipe profile fringe and heat up the pipe profile fringe quickly to the welding temperature and finish
welding under the pressure of the squeeze roller. After cooling, sizing and broad straightening, you can get the steel pipe of
needed specification.
