Moving Angle High Pressure Solar Collector

1. Working Principle

Heat pipe series solar collector is always connected with existing heating supply device. The selective coating inside tubes converts solar energy into heat energy and transfers heat to heat pipe via aluminum feed. The liquid (anti-freezing liquid) in the heat pipe changes into vapor which rises to the condensers. This transference of heat in the liquid creates a continuous circulation as long as the collector is heated by the sun.

2. Features and speficication:

(1) Features:

This model solar collector has a good advantage of multifunctional frame with different angels. It can adjust from up and down. It is one of the new type of headbox with fashionable design.It can be amounted on roof/flat foof/wall mounting in vertical position.

(2) Nickel-plated advantages:

Nickel-plated heat pipe /Nickel-coating layer on the condenser side stops the long-term contact between the hot pipe and copper-made runner system, and the permeating phenomenon of the molecules is avoided.Thus it is easy to draw the heat pipe out from the runner system.

(3) Specification:

(5) Collector: with 14mm/20mm/24mm header heat pipe three target tubes

When goods are sent by less than container, we will pack all vacuum tubes into wooden cases.
