* How is our Sea grass product produced?

Sea grass material is collected from the nature. It is dried in the sunshine to make sure free of all viable plants. Raw material turns into nature yellow when it gets dry.

After material is treated with anti-mold chemical (eco-friendly), weaving procedure is performed by village weavers.

Finishing step is taken care at our factory site by skillful workers.

Semi-finished product is cleaned with cutting before glueing to get sturdy shape.

Product is again dried or heated in the kiln to make sure 100% dry.

Final QC is taken before packing in standard export carton.

The cargo will be fumigated before shipping.

Being kept in ventilated environment, our product can be longlasting at least for 2 years.

Clean product surface with a wet cloth before getting it dry completely will give a new look and more durable usage.
