Working principle:

       Put the etfe film between two welding horns, when the etfe film welding machine is working, the temperature of two welding horns reach 450-500°C,let the high temperature adhesive tape material(between two PTFE film)reach the melting point,so achieve welding effect.

Applications:

       etfe membrane welding machine is widely used in welding etfe material,PFA,FEP, PVDF and so on.

For example: Awning fabric, Shade fabric, advertising board, tent fabric…

     This is new machine, there are two molds, one is hot mold, the other is cold mold. after hot welding, no need to move the etfe fim, the machine will change to the cold mold, Product appearance smooth, and no fold.
