Door Seals Function 

Door bottom seal weather strip  is specially designed for doors, and door brush is mounted in the bottom of doors.

Door Brush include safety door brush, airproof door brush, dustproof door brush, waterproof door brush, insects prevention door brush, wind prevention door brush, noise insulation door brush, heat/cold insulation door brush, electricity saving door brush, energy saving door brush, environmental protection brush.

 

Technology of Door Seals         

1)  Longitudinal baseline straight of the base, axial symmetry of the cross-section, even color.

2)  Density and thickness of the bristle brush uniform, no drop off, tensile resistance≥ 6KG, passed SVHC and conforms to the technical standards of EU ROSH, inflaming retarding, static-free, no radiation, non-toxicity, low smoke, low calorie.

3)The base is aluminum unit body structure (SUS304), easy loading and unloading, the surface of the anodized, polished and spotless, Oxide film is more than 12µm, the hardness(HW) more than 8°.
