DQST140-J electro-pneumatic high pressure test unit is a newly developed wireless remote control product. It has two sets of power system, one is electric triplex water pump and the other is pneumatic pump. Electric pump is used for enlarging displacement and pneumatic pump for pressurization. Electric pump, whose displacement reaches 50L/min, is driven by 3 phase AC power. And pneumatic pump is driven by compressed air. The stop pressure can be preset on the recorder on the remote control panel, when system pressure reaches preset value, air source of pneumatic pump is cut off and the pumps stop working. As air source pressure is directly proportional to output liquid pressure, the output liquid pressure can be adjusted within a definite range through adjusting air source pressure. When air source pressure and liquid pressure reach balance, pneumatic pump stops and output liquid pressure remains on preset value.
This unit is equipped with wireless remote control panel, and it can be controlled remotely and also can monitor, record, print and look back the pressurizing process. Additionally, an A4 paper printer is delivered with the unit, which can print the data curve directly. This unit can has high pressure alarm function and judge whether the pressure test is qualified, so safety and practicability of the unit is improved highly.
