Compared to the common cotton fabric core, Nylon conveyer belt has the advantages of high tenacity. High-clasticity, shock resistanb light weight, good troughability etc it also could reduce the transportation mst efficiently, realizes high speed, high span,and long distance transpodation.

Besides the advantages of Nylon conveyer belt. the unique of EP conveyer belt is Iow elongation, wet strength net to Lower totally, which is especially important to the long distance transportation and in the wet condition.

The strength specifications of nylon canvas and EP convas are: 100N/mm 125N/mm 150N/mm 200N/mm 250N/mm 300N/mm 400N/mm etc

The physical and mechanical properties of nylon conveyer belt and EP conveyer belt are as following:

1. The physical and mechanical properties of coverffig layer: please refer to the physical and mechanical properties of the common conveyer belt.
2. Tensile property of through thickness:

a. The longitudinal tensile strength is not lower than the following nominal value :

315 400 500 600 630 8OO 9OO 1000N/mm

b. The through thickness elongation rate of the belt should not less than rate of trough thickness of the belt should no more than 4%.

c. Straightness: no more than 25mm.

d. plunger bond strength:
