 The product is made of superior alloy steel QT700-3 which is by adopting a set of special methods to keep from 

its deformation, and of which is by strictly heat treatment and machinery processing, and it has a standard size in 

order to easily connect with other parts. In addition, to make its anti-corrosion, low wear of surface, theirwork

 surfaces are sprayed with wear and resistance corrosion ceramic coating so that it extends much more long 

service life.

ceramic coating performance index:

HRC 70-72, combined with strength is greater than 250 MP, 

single thickness is greater than 1 mm,  high thermal conductivity.
