I. Technical Description and Application Scope
1.The series of products are mainly used in mechanical property test of stretching, compressing, bending, shearing, peeling and tearing etc. of metal and nonmetal materials.
2.The series of products are of oil cylinder lower placed and double-space framework structure, the stretching and compressing space can be adjusted automatically with hydraulic automatic clamp, and they are set with manual control mode. The control unit is composed by computer and hydraulic system. The testing data can be taken and stored randomly and can realize re-analysis of data and curves, partial amplification and re-edit of data, sample, environment and testing conditions. Besides, the unit can automatically evaluate the indexes of all mechanical properties of the materials and print out integral testing reports and curves.
3.The series of products comprehensively meet the requirements of standards GB/T2611-92 and GB/T16826-1997 and GB/T228-2002 etc.
II. Functions and Technical Parameters
1. Host machine:
A. Specification and model: WD-P4 Series;
B. Introduce Japanese host machine technology with oil cylinder lower placed (the oil cylinder is casted in integral and sealed by grinding the space in precision, characterized in small friction and stable property etc.). The stretching space lies above the host machine, the compressing and bending testing spaces are between the lower beam and the workbench of the host machine.

9. Control System:
A. Use high-precision amplifier and 24-bit high-precision A/D converter, with valid internal code of ±120000. The resolution ratio of testing force measurement reaches 1/120000. The continuous measurement within the measurement range is not divided with steps and the measurement precision is superior to Grade 1;
B. The resolution ratio of displacement measurement of the testing machine reaches 0.0025mm, and is used to measure and control the displacement of the piston;
C. The resolution ratio of deformation measurement of the testing machine reaches 0.00025mm, and is used to measure and control the deformation within scale distance of samples;
D. At the same time of controlling the testing progress manually, complete the screen display of testing data of the testing machine;
E. The measuring and controlling system software can work under Windows98/2000/XP operation system, uses standard database to management the testing data and can provide network data interface;
F. Have functions of screen displaying the testing force, peak value, sample deformation, piston displacement and testing curves; display in time the testing curves and can choose the displayed coordinate randomly, for example: stress – strain, load – deformation, load – displacement, load – time, displacement – time and deformation – time etc., and can display three curves simultaneously at one page, and the curves can be amplified partially;
G. It can meet the requirements of GB/T228-2002 Stretching Testing Method for Metallic Materials at Ambient Temperature on mechanical test and data processing. In the metal stretching test, the value can automatically take parameters of Fel, Feh, Fp, Ft, Fm, Rel, Reh, Rp, Rt, Agt, Z, A and Rm etc. and can affirm the Fel and Fm etc. artificially and print the results based on this. It can print reports and curves with different contents according to the requirements. Open EXCEL statement form is used so as to facilitate user management. Original recorded value is tested and the reported value is rounded according to the requirements of standard GB/T228;
