Cement Additives

1. Fluid loss control additive

   Features:

   Downhole Temperature: 40 °C ~ 110 °C.

   Slurry API water loss: ≤ 50ml.

   Dosage: 0.8% ~ 1.2%.

    

2. Anti salt fluid loss control additive

   Features:

   Downhole Temperature: 60 °C ~ 160 °C.

   Slurry API water loss: ≤ 50ml.

   Dosage: 4.0% ~ 6.0%.

    

3. Anti-gas Migration additive

   Features:

   Downhole Temperature: 60 °C ~ 120 °C.

   The transitional time from 48Pa to 250Pa(Static gel strength): ≤ 20min.

   Dosage: 5.0% ~ 8.0%.

    

4. Dispersant

   Features:

   Downhole Temperature: 20 °C ~ 150 °C.

   Slurry flow pattern index n: ≥ 0.6.

   Dosage: 0.8% ~ 1.5%.

    

5. Cement Retarders

   Features:

   Downhole Temperature: 60 °C ~ 150 °C.

   Good compatibility.

   Dosage: 0.1% ~ 1.5%.

    

6. Cement Expanding Additives

   Features:

   Downhole Temperature: 60 °C ~ 160 °C.

   Expansion rate: 0.5 ~ 1.0%.

   Dosage: 2.0% ~ 3.5%.

    

7. Accelerator

   Features:

   Compressive strength (after 8 hours): ≥ 3.5MPa.

   Dosage: 2.0% ~ 4.0%.

    

8. Spacer

   Features:

   Spacer density: 1.12~2.10g/cm3.

   Dosage: 8.0% ~ 10%.
