This product is mainly used to measure the filtration rate and prepare the mud cake. Working principles
Pour a given amount of drilling fluids into the drilling fluid cup with the diameter of 76.2 mm ( 3 in), install tightly the cup cover, put through the gas source and adjust pressure to 0.69 MPa. Then, open the air bleeder and allow air to enter the cup. The filter area of instrument is 45.6±0.6cm2 (1±0.1in2). Pressure is to offer from the gas that passes regulator. Record the filtration time and filtration rate. Reserve the filter cake.
