12 months warranty for GTSONIC neutral ultrasonic cleaner , 18 months for Brand products .If any technical problem during warranty time, replacement parts will be sent free of charge. And technical support is also available after warranty time.

Most of our raw material suppliers are located in GT SONIC technology park ,our QC and engineers would make strict inspection of the raw material step by step to ensure quality product.Any unqualified material will be rejected to guarantee best quality .

2.100% product inspection:

We QC team would check the production process to ensure machine 100% qualified. Each unit would be under testing at least 4hours before packed ,and sales person will send inspection pictures for your checking .

1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for products? Generally according to the requirements of customers, small sample order could be accepted.

2. Are you accept OEM order? Yes, of course, but we have quantity requirement, please feel free to contact our sales person for details.

3. What about delivery day? For sample with standard products, delivery within 2 days; and standard 

products in great quantity 7 -10 days. Generally 20-30 days for customer OEM products with large quantity.

4. How about terms of payment?
