1.The main material using high quality low carbon bearing alloy steel forged.

2.through strict and precise carburizing process control, so that the matrix integral hardness reaches HRC≥ 60, so as to achieve the entire part has a good impact toughness.

3. the use of high-strength, wear-resistant, good elasticity of the engineering plastics as the buffer layer,can avoid in the rubber wear after the valve body and the valve seat metal surface in direct contact and make the body or seat deformation.

4.after the valve rubber were repeated experiments, to overcome the rubber three fatal flaws: heat resistance,water resistance is poor, impact toughness fatigue strength is low; at present, my company's rubber temperature can reach 140 degrees, water resistance and excellent effect, impact fatigue strength is good, so as to thoroughly solve the the three fatal problems, to meet the requirements of field use.

Based on the above four factors, I produced the valve seat of the valve body, the valve seat of the valve bodythan the traditional domestic life is increased by 2--4 times, reach or exceed the level of similar products inthe United States of america.
