Single-cone bit cone was in spherical, conical and stepped surfaces and etc. shapes. It can bear greater WOB , the impact load it got is smaller than the three-cone bit with a bearing in large size and long service life. Single-cone is fit for drilling slim hole (such as window logging, deepen old wells, etc.)
