Please tell me the material, size, artwork, quantity of the products you need as well as delivery method.

Q2. How can I get the price?
After we confirm the detailed information of your custom boxes, such as quantity, size, material, surface finishing, then the quote will be send to you within 24hours.
Q3: Can i get a sample before mass production?
Of course! The normal produce progress is that we will make the pre-production sample for you to check the quality and design. The mass production will be started after we get your confirmation on the sample.
Q4. How to get the sample?
1. After price confirmation, you can require for sample to check our quality.
2. We will product sample according to your requests, like your box size, color, logo printing etc.
3. We will ask sample charge from you, when you confirm the purchase order and meet our MOQ, the sample charge will be refundable.
Q5. Sample fee?
100-200 USD/PC, can be refunded after confirm the order
Q6: Can I do the customized box?
Yes. Just tell me your requirements, such as material, size, color, prinitng, and design. We will design it based on your ideas and information.
Simple design is offered for free.
Q7: What is the shipping time?
The shipping time is usually 5-7 working days by express or by air, about 15-25 working days by sea.
Q8: What is your payment term?
We accept paypal, T/T ,FOB Guangzhou or Shenzhen, Bank Transfer, Western Union.
T/T 30% as deposit before mass production, 70% the balance before shipment.
Q9. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
1. Material purchase--Make sure that material is the same as confirmed, including color, density, thickness, smell, size...
2. Mould manage--Make sure the same as confirmed, including size, shape...
3. Print or embroidery logo--Make sure logo size, position, color are the same as confirmed.
4. Check--QC check slippers as requested details one by one. Approved will be packed. Unsanctioned will be reworked. Make sure everyone is correct, clean and beautiful.
5. Pack--Make sure quantity is correct. Use correct packing method avoiding damage in transport.
6. Track--The merchandiser tracks all the process. Supervise and take photos when loading for making sure goods safe and correct.
