Check valve

 

Check valve is a kind of valve which open/close automatically by fluid pressure to prevent the fluid invert . When the pressure of inlet is lower than the outlet, the disc prevent the fluid invert under some factor such as fluid differential pressure and the self-gravity etc.

Design/produce  describe:
The bonnet-to-bolt connection can be replaced or welded seat, body welding stainless steel or carbide are available and upon request increase soft seal seat ring. The 6D check valves Full bore design get small flow resistance, bonnet sealing: 150LB using strength graphite gasket, 300LB ~ 800LB using stainless steel wound graphite gaskets, above 900LB using the metal gasket ring , pressure self-sealing is available.      
Structure connection form: RF, RTJ flanges, butt welding, socket welding, threaded ends.

 

Mode of operation: hand wheel, impact hand wheel, gear boxes, electric devices or pneumatic devices.
