Technical Performance & Characteristics

       Shell: A base, after rough machining, is welded with steel plates into a whole, which is then subject to anneal so as to relieve stress and then finishing, thus a shell has been manufactured

       Driver gear: Curved -tooth bevel gear with a medium hard tooth face featuring high strength, smooth transmission, sufficient transmission torque and extended service life. 

       The transmission shaft is made of alloy forgeable pieces and subject to tempered processing, featuring high general mechanical properties and suitable for working with large torques. Flanges and chain wheels may be installed on the shaft side so as to satisfy the requirements of various types of transmission.
