1.The cutters is divided into mechanical cutters and hydraulic cutters. Mechanical internal cutter is a special tool to cut pipe in pipe string, with exception of coupling, it can cut at any position of fish(fallen objects).

2.During cutting operation, the releasing spear can be connected above internal cutter, after fish cutting, pipe string above cutting position can be lifted out at one time.
