We have different types of packaging solution for different types of doors.
1) For finished doors, each EPE film wrapped, into a paper carton, then onto pallet and MDF board covered around to protect the doors surface painting well.
2) For primed door, door slabs EPE film warpped, then onto pallet and MDF board covered around. In this way can save packaing cost and easily get doors out for your final painting.
3) If for quick installation to save time and lobor cost, we can make prehung packaging.

A: Our new plant was built at the end of 2011 with workshop space of 20,000m2 in which utilizes advanced
automatic interior door production lines.
Q: What’s your capacity?
A: Our production capacity is 10,000 pieces of wooden doors per month.
Q: What's your delivery date?
A: It depends the purchase quantity. Normally, 30-35 days, for 1 40’ GP after receiving the deposit and all the details confirmed.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: Our minimum order quantity is 1*20ft container.
Q: Can we mix the cargo loading in one 20ft container?
A: Of course, if the total quantity meets our minimum order quantity.
Q: What's the term of payment?
A: We prefer T/T 30% deposit, the balance 70% T/T paid before shipping. We suggest to use "Alibaba trade assuarence service" to securer both party's interest.
Q: How can you guarantee the quality?
A: We believe the quality is controlled through the whole process of order. Begin with detailed drawing and
quality standard agreed by both party. Our full process inspection is composed of raw material inspection,
mid-term inspection, final inspection and sampling inspection.We strongly invite you visit to our factory
before the shipment to reach a final inspection.
