The MDF surface is smooth for the primer and painting. Honeycomb paper or tubular particle board inserts can reduce the door cost. Our sliding door can be customized according to customer's need, both the size and structure.

Packaging & Shipping

Wooden Doors wrapped with PE film and pilled on pallet with 25 pieces per pallet for 40mm door.

All sides of pallet will be protected by 3mm plywood with protecting carton at pallet corners.

Pallet fastened by plastic packing strips.

20GP: 350 -- 385 doors

40GP: 700 -- 770 doors

40HQ: 840 -- 910 doors
