Operation:

Caution: The anemometer is very accurate at low and mid-range air speeds. Constant use at very high speeds, such as measurement out a fast-moving car window may damage the impeller's bearing and reduce over-all accuracy.

Measurement Instructions:

1. Check the impeller freely rolling.

2. Power ON the Instrument.

3. Select the measurement unit (m/s, km/h, mph, knots, ft/min).

  Choose your needed mode ( normal / average / max modes fro selecting)

4. Use the back-side of unit to face the target wind. Get the reading.

5. Power OFF the instrument.

Buttons' Instructions:

Power Button: Power ON / OFF.

Mode Button: Pressing lightly for change unit from m/s to ft/min.

Pressing little longer for change mode normal/ average / Max modes. AVG (average mode): 13 second moving average.

Hold Button: Hold the LCD reading.

Auto Power OFF: This instrument will be Auto Power OFF if there is no any button pressing in 15 minutes. This design is for saving battery power consumption.

Care and Maintenance:

When the instrument is not in use, store the instrument in a stable, dust-free environment out of direct sunlight. Remove the battery from the instrument if it is to be stored for periods of more than one month, or when the low battery power symbol appears on the display.

Battery replacement

When the low battery icon appears on the display, replace the battery as soon as practical.

1. Remove the rear battery compartment cover.

2. Replace one 9V battery.

3. Cover the compartment door.
