Malfunction and solution

Malfunction 1, all the lights are blinking after the printhead is installed

Possible reason: the printhead is not well connected to the printer.

Solution: take off printhead and clean the connection part, clean the holder in the printer as well.

Malfunction 2, do not print black and/or other colors, or the printing result is bad

Possible reason: the printhead is clogged.

Solution: take off printhead and clean the nozzle. Put 5-6 layers of tissue with warm water on the nozzle, press the wet tissue until ink comes out. Then install the printhead, run the clean printhead program provided by printer supplier to clean the nozzle.

Return the printhead to the supplier if the printing result is still bad after the above effort.
