Since it’s lighter weight and correspondingly the loading capacity will be increased, lesser fuel consumption, less tyre wear, so it is the trend that the air suspension system shall gradually replace the mechanical suspension.
3. HJ air suspension can equipped with round or square axle, so it is more choice for customers.

2. The axle assembly line adopt automatic painting line and assembly line.One axle assembly can be finished in 90 seconds
3. Automatic founding production line have PLC automatic device and mechanized production line, producing drum, hub and so on.
4. Pressing production line have 25T to 800T pressing equipment, controlled speed device, integrated unit automatic gas-welding machine and automatic electrophoretic flow line, producing dust covers, brake shoes, suspensions and so on.
5. Quality Control: spectral analysis, Omnipotence expander machine, Omnipotence expander machine, Fatigue test machinery, Salt spray test machine, Metallurgical analysis, Rigidity Analysis etc.
