1. HJ 24T,28T ,32Tand 36T heavy duty single point suspension semi-trailer bogie with high precision, which can ensure diagonal tolerance of two axle (L1-L2) less than or equal to 5mm, also can ensure distance of two axle (L3-L4) less than 3mm. It can be controled within 1.5mm if required.
2.HJ 24T heavy duty single point suspension semi-trailer bogie with axle use advanced punching techology,distance between holes on the mounting plate control within 0.5mm.

5.Equalizer beam welding: there are special requirement to machine a groove on the oil seal seat and use specialized tools to press the oil seal seat in order to ensure the distance torlerance less than or equal to 1mm.
6.Upper and lower spring seat welding: welding the plate first and then mill to ensure parallelism tolerance less than or equal to 0.1mm; use specialized tool to ensure the distance tolerance within 0.5mm.
7.On the process of positioning four pins, the key is to ensure the position of center hole of leaf spring and pin hole. We use drilling jig for leaf spring based on the center hole of leaf spring, and that three holes are machined at the same time to ensure the three holes on the same line; reduce the distance tolerance of pin hole between center holwe to ensure the axle and leaf spring is vertical.
8.Except for using small U bolt to fix leaf spring and axle, also fixed by four pins on the leaf spring pad and upper plate. Use specialized tool to ensure two axles parallel when assembly, ensure two axles parallel by the pin positioning even fully loaded vehicle on the strong impact. Ensure vehicle work under bearing stress evenly and reduce wear for tyre.
