Q: What’s your order process?

A: Our order process is like this: send inquiry or contact with us online, negotiate, make order, sample confirmed, pay the balance, production finished, start to produce, pay deposit, deliver goods, after-sakes service, welcome repeat order.

Q: Can you accept sample order?

A: Yes, we accept samples with little and reasonable charge.

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: It depends on style. Please feel free to contact us to know the details.

Q: What is your delivery time?

A: The delivery time depends on quantity. It will be about 8-15 days normally.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: By TT payment (30%-50%) deposit and balance before shipment or against copy B/L ) or L/C at sight

Q: How can I get my order?

A: The goods will be sent to you by UPS, DHL, Fedex, Oversea Shipment or other forwarder, all with tracking number.

Q: Do you provide the certificate?

A: We can provide certificate for the item. It will be extra paid $15.

Q: Do you accpet OEM?

A: OEM&ODM, customized jewelry are accepted.
